5. Key Project Highlights (please provide 8-10 bullet points that summarize the project's value proposition and its key features; i.e., what are the 8-10 reasons a capital provider should be interested in your project? -- see the "Projects Seeking Capital" tab for examples)

6. Project Status (vacant land -- if so, please indicate whether it is a greenfield or brownfield site -- existing residential/commercial/idustrial property; if other type of property, please describe; indicate if shovel ready or underdevelopment; indicate if using an innovative, emerging, or improved technology, equipment or process)

7. Project Location (full address, including, if in the U.S. , city, county, state, and zip code; if outside the U.S., city, province / shire / province / bundeslande / canton / etc., postal code, and country)

8. Site Status (owned outright or, if not owned outright, ownership percentage, along with whether the balance is owned by other entities or individuals, is pledged as collateral, or is subject to a mortgate or lien; under option, under contract, leased, or is the subject of a LOI or MOU)

9. Status of Permits (fully permitted, permitting underway, some permits approved some pending, permit application process initiated, permitting has yet to be done)
