About Us
Project Financing Assistance (PFA) and its predecessor companies, operating under the American Diversified Enterprises holding company, have assisted more than 250 companies, from startups to large, publicly-traded companies, in securing more than $15 billion in private sector financing and government grants, loans, and loan guarantees for projects that have created thousands of jobs, stimulated local economics, enhanced U.S. global leadership, and generated attractive returns.

4. Review the essentials of each project to determine its readiness for seeking capital and the availability and quality of its project materials.
5. Determine which projects and capital providers offer the best fit with each other.
6. Connect capital providers and projects, ensuring that the project and its materials match up with the capital provider's interests and requirements.
