Project Financing Assistance (PFA) adheres to a strict confidentiality policy
PFA considers all information it receives through its website "business proprietary." All contact information is kept private. PFA does not sell or trade information.
PFA maintains NDAs with its Premier Partners, advisors, allied companies, and the individuals and companies with whom it cooperates on a regular basis.
Capital providers and project developers who are submitting information to PFA for the first time will be asked to enter into a mutual NDA when PFA first responds to ensure everyone's interests are protected and proprietary information is kept confidential.
No non-public information is released by PFA without an NDA or attorney-client privilege in place. The project information that is shared with capital providers is done under an NDA and is shared only after the initial project materials have been reviewed by PFA and the project developer has responded to PFA's recommendations on how the materials can be strengthen and targeted to address individual capital provider interests and criteria.
The visible information on this website, which is in the public domain, has been reviewed and approved for release by the parties whose projects and services are described.
If PFA believes that an individual, entity, or company can benefit by an introduction to another individual, entity or company with which PFA cooperates, PFA will contact the party for whom the referral is to be made to ask if they wish to proceed with the referral and what contact and other information PFA can share in making the referral. Referrals are kept generic. It is up to the parties who are being introduced to determine what they wish to share.
